All associated with the Beavercreek Sox are proud to announce that the 2024 season is our 31st year. We are the largest and oldest community-based Youth Select Baseball Program in the Dayton area. We are grateful to all our sponsors who support our efforts and wish you success in your business and personal endeavors this coming year.
The Beavercreek Sox is a select youth sports program designed to promote competitive youth baseball participation. The age of participants in the program this year ranges from 8 to 18. The organization was founded in 1993 in response to the identified need for a Beavercreek community hosted competitive baseball program to be made available for the spring and summer season. Ultimately, this program would serve to enhance and promote baseball within the community and assist in the development of players for the local junior and senior high school teams within the Beavercreek Local School District.
The Beavercreek Sox is a federally registered non-profit 501c (3) charitable organization (TIN # 31-1371166) managed by dedicated adult volunteers who share the commitment and mission of the Sox program. All coaches and program volunteers focus on teaching proper fundamentals in the context of competitive play, while striving to optimally develop the skills of each and every team member.
The Beavercreek Sox host their games in Rotary Park on Fields #9 and #10 located in the northeast corner of the park. Within the context of Midwest Ohio Baseball League and tournaments, the Sox teams travel throughout the Miami Valley during the playing season which runs mid-April through July for ages 8 – 14, and mid-May through August for the 15 – 18 age groups.
In conjunction with the City of Beavercreek and the Township, the Beavercreek Sox help maintain and upgrade the Rotary Park baseball facilities.
For the 2024 season, the Beavercreek Sox will sponsor ~13 competitive boys and young adult baseball teams between the ages of 8 – 18. We are now seeking community support in the form of sponsorship for these endeavors. This sponsorship will help meet the operational expenses of the current program and serve to provide future resources for program development.
Please consider assisting our program by serving as a sponsor. The sponsorship fee is $300.00, which includes the fabrication of a Sponsor Banner with your approved artwork or logo. The sign (3’ x 6’) will be prominently displayed at the Sox Baseball Complex near Fields #9 or #10 throughout the Beavercreek Sox playing season. The Sponsor Banners will be attractive, durable, all-season construction and will be stored in the off-season for future use as a renewable program.
